Questions Buyers Ask Before Ordering
We are a Xi'an-based battery supplier with long-term manufacturing partners in Guangdong and Jiangsu. Cells and packs are produced to our specifications and our own QC team inspects every batch before shipment, so you get factory pricing with a single accountable contact.
For stock cylindrical cells such as 18650 and 21700 the MOQ is 1,000 pcs. Custom Li-polymer cells and battery packs typically start at 3,000 – 5,000 pcs per model because of tooling and test cost. Samples are available for evaluation before you commit to a production order.
Yes. Every lithium product we ship comes with a UN38.3 test summary, MSDS and — on request — a sea or air transport classification report. We handle dangerous goods documentation for ocean, air and express shipments so your forwarder receives a complete file.
Depending on the model we can supply UN38.3, IEC 62133-2, CE, RoHS, REACH, UL 1642, ISO 9001 and MSDS documentation. Certificates are issued per model — tell us the exact model and destination market and we will confirm which documents already cover it and which need to be ordered.
Yes. We handle private label shrink wrap, custom connectors and wire harnesses, custom PCM/BMS, custom pack housings and retail packaging. Send us a drawing, a sample or even just the dimensions and duty cycle and our engineers will propose a build.
Stock cells ship within 3 – 5 working days. Custom Li-polymer cells take about 7 – 10 days for the first samples and custom packs 10 – 15 days including electrical and safety verification.
